Rehabilitation therapy

This multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and dietitians works closely within the hospital, local community and with other local services. It provides holistic care for outpatients and in patients' own homes, primarily for older people and those with chronic conditions.

QVH also provides a specialist neurological service which offers outpatient and community therapy for a variety of conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

Referrals are received from GPs, other hospitals and health professionals for example district nurses, social workers.
